Intelligent business portal
One portal for your team, with approvals that route themselves.
Everyone orders, approves, tracks, and manages devices in the same customer portal. Roles and approval limits decide what happens to each order automatically, so purchases follow your rules without email chains.
How approval routing works
Submit at checkout
A team member checks out with their default cost center pre-selected, and adds a PO number or invoice terms when needed.
Check the submitter's limit
The portal compares the order total with the approval limit of the submitter's role.
Can approve, within limit
Order placed
Over limit or can't approve
Pending Approval
Route to approvers
Pending orders appear under Orders Pending Your Approval, with a count on Approvals in the sidebar, while the submitter follows them in My Pending Submissions. Each approver's own limit is checked again, and a rejection needs a reason.
Approve and capture
Once approved, the order is confirmed. Card payments authorized at checkout are captured only after approval.
Roles that match how your organization buys.
Every user has a role that sets what they can do and the order total they can approve. Five roles are ready from day one, each with a default approval limit.
- Owner. All permissions, with no approval limit.
- Admin. Approves orders up to $50,000 and manages Purchasers, Employees, and Viewers.
- Purchaser. Submits, approves, and rejects orders up to $5,000, and manages shipping addresses and work orders.
- Employee. Builds carts and submits orders for approval, with view-only access elsewhere.
- Viewer. Read-only access to the catalog and order history.
Shipping estimated from how your order will actually be packed.
At checkout, Claddio works out the boxes your order will ship in, then quotes live carrier rates for those boxes. The shipping cost on an order is a real estimate before anyone approves it, not a flat fee reconciled later.
- A packaging plan for every order. Items are packed into standard box sizes from their catalog weights and boxed dimensions. Fragile, non-stackable, oversized, and special-handling items follow their own packing rules, and dimensional weight and packing buffers are included.
- Live rates from UPS and FedEx. The carriers enabled for your account are quoted at the same time, so your team compares price and transit time side by side.
- Your own carrier account. Ship on your organization's UPS or FedEx account, and the order shows Billed to carrier account instead of a shipping charge.
- Pickup, split shipments, and free shipping. Choose pickup at no charge, split an order across addresses with a rate for each shipment, and see free shipping applied when your cart or a promotion includes it.
- Checkout that keeps moving. Shipping addresses are validated and tax is calculated on shipping. If live rates are unavailable, an estimated ground rate is shown and fulfillment confirms the final label cost.
Governance and billing built into the account.
The controls finance and IT expect, from cost centers and invoices to store credit and returns, are part of checkout and the account itself, not a separate tool.
Cost centers
Set an organization default and a default for each user, pre-selected at checkout. Turn on Require Cost Center on Orders to make one mandatory.
PO numbers and invoice terms
Add your purchase order number to an order, or choose Send Me an Invoice to pay by ACH or wire on your invoice terms.
Invoices
Subscription, order, and payment-term invoices for your organization in one list, with the payment history on each invoice.
Payment methods and addresses
Saved payment methods, multiple shipping addresses, and agreements accepted at checkout.
Store credit
Account credit, including credit from resolved returns, shows on the dashboard as Store Credit and can be applied to your next order at checkout.
Autopay for subscriptions
Set up autopay with a saved payment method so subscription renewals are paid without a manual step.
Returns and return labels
Request a return from the order itself. Once it is approved, create the carrier return label yourself and follow the return under Returns for this order.
Dashboard
Total orders, orders pending approval, store credit, active promotions, and recent orders at a glance.
Organization switching
Move between a parent organization and its sub-organizations from the portal sidebar.
Notifications
Portal notifications keep your team informed in the same place they order and approve.
Account security
Sign in with passkeys and protect accounts with authenticator-app two-step verification.
Every lifecycle area
Orders, subscriptions, invoices, buyback, operations, and device management in the same portal.
01 Procure · Commerce and procurement
Order the right devices without chasing approvals.
Browse a business catalog of smartphones, tablets, laptops, routers, and accessories, with the controls procurement teams expect.
- Condition options. Choose New, Open Box, Pre-Owned, or Refurbished, each priced separately.
- Compatible by default. The catalog shows devices compatible with your network and region.
- Your organization's pricing. Promotions and price overrides set for your organization apply at checkout.
- Subscriptions at checkout. Add device-management or router licenses to hardware, with compatibility rules applied.
Every order, from approval to delivery.
Purchasing stays organized from the first cart to the final shipment, with a history your finance and IT teams can both use.
- Keep multiple carts open for different teams, sites, or projects.
- Orders route for approval automatically, with your cost center and PO number attached.
- Track fulfillment and shipments for every order.
- Review purchase and order history for your whole organization.
- Request replacements through returns, linked to the original order.
02 Deploy · Device management
Devices that arrive ready for work.
Claddio manages Android devices through Android Enterprise and the Android Management API, so devices pick up their apps and settings as soon as they are enrolled.
- Simpler provisioning. Enroll devices with enrollment tokens or a QR code, straight into the right profile.
- Policy profiles. Draft, publish, and assign profiles that apply security policies and Wi-Fi, certificate, and VPN configuration.
- Apps. Deploy apps through managed Google Play, required or available.
- OEM configuration. Configure Samsung devices with Samsung Knox Service Plugin and Motorola devices with Motorola OEMConfig.
Support for corporate-owned and employee-owned devices.
Each profile defines how a device is owned and used, so the same platform covers company fleets and employee devices.
Company-owned · Full management
Fully managed company devices
Corporate devices managed end to end, with the apps, settings, and network configuration your teams need.
Employee-owned · Work profile
Work profiles on personal devices
A separate work profile keeps business apps and data managed while personal use stays personal.
Company-owned · Work and personal use
Company devices with personal use
Corporate devices that people may also use personally, with work apps and data kept managed.
03 Manage · Fleet visibility
Know where every device is and what happened to it.
Every device is a serialized asset with an owner, an assignee, and a status history that follows it to retirement.
- Track serial numbers, IMEIs, and the SIM associated with each device.
- Assign devices to people and see who has what across the organization.
- See enrollment, applied profile, and compliance posture for every managed device.
- Mark assets lost or stolen and keep their history; remote actions run through your managed device service.
04 Recover · Asset lifecycle
Recover devices cleanly when people and plans change.
Returns, buybacks, reassignment, and retirement stay on the same asset record, so nothing leaves your fleet without a trace.
Returns with inspection
Process returns with inspection checks that record data wipe complete, activation lock cleared, and management lock cleared.
Buyback and trade-in
Answer a condition questionnaire, receive a grade and valuation, and ship devices back.
Reassignment
Reassign returned devices to new people when teams change, without re-entering their identifiers.
Retirement
Mark devices retired or recycled while keeping the full record of what happened to them.
Across every stage · Connectivity coordination
Connectivity that stays tied to the device.
Business smartphones, cellular-enabled tablets, connected laptops, 4G/5G routers, and IoT deployments all depend on the right SIM in the right device. Claddio coordinates devices and connectivity through your carrier relationships, inside the same lifecycle.
- Order from a catalog filtered to devices compatible with your network.
- SIMs are paired to devices at fulfillment, so IMEI and ICCID arrive together.
- Keep the line and phone number on the asset record, and reassign SIMs when devices change hands.
- Coordinate activations with your channel partner through shared order records.
Business smartphones
Devices for every employee, each paired with the SIM it ships with.
Cellular-enabled tablets
Tablets for field and frontline teams, tracked with their SIM and line.
Connected laptops
Laptops for distributed teams, recorded with serial numbers and owners.
4G/5G routers
Routers for sites, vehicles, and IoT deployments, with license subscriptions attached.
Business outcomes
What changes when the lifecycle is connected.
Simplicity, visibility, and control for the teams that buy, deploy, and support your technology.
Less manual work
Approvals, fulfillment, and enrollment move through one platform instead of emails and spreadsheets.
Centralized visibility
Every device's order, assignment, SIM, and status history in one record.
Faster deployments
Devices are enrolled into the right profile with apps and settings applied, so they reach people ready for work.
Simpler procurement
One catalog with your organization's pricing, approvals, and PO numbers built into ordering.
Better asset tracking
Serial numbers, IMEIs, and SIM associations stay attached to each device from order to retirement.
Less operational complexity
One platform replaces the separate tools for ordering, tracking, managing, and recovering devices.
Without a connected platform
- Devices ordered in one tool, tracked in a spreadsheet, and managed in another.
- Serial numbers and SIMs re-entered by hand at every handoff.
- No single answer to who has a device and what state it is in.
- Returns and retirements that leave gaps in the record.
With Claddio
- Ordering, fulfillment, management, and recovery on one platform.
- Identifiers captured at fulfillment and carried through every stage.
- Assignment, profile, and compliance posture on every asset record.
- Returns, reassignment, and retirement recorded on the same asset.
FAQ
Questions from IT and procurement teams.
Working with a reseller or managed service provider? See Claddio for channel partners.
Yes. Claddio is built for partner-assisted commerce, so your partner can build carts, send proposals, and fulfill orders for your organization on the platform.
Android devices through Android Enterprise and the Android Management API, including Samsung Knox Service Plugin and Motorola OEMConfig configuration.
Yes. Employee-owned devices can be enrolled with a work profile, which keeps business apps and data managed while personal use stays separate. Company-owned devices can be fully managed.
Each role has an approval limit. At checkout, an order is placed right away only if the submitter's role can approve orders and the total is within their limit. Otherwise it becomes Pending Approval and appears in the approvers' queue, where each approver's own limit is checked again. Card payments are authorized at checkout and captured only after approval, and rejections require a reason.
Five roles are ready by default: Owner, with no approval limit; Admin, who approves up to $50,000; Purchaser, who approves up to $5,000; Employee, who submits orders for approval; and Viewer, with view-only access. Owners and Admins manage users in the portal.
At checkout, Claddio builds a packaging plan from each product's catalog weight and boxed dimensions, packing items into standard box sizes by packing class and accounting for dimensional weight and packing buffers. It then requests live rates for those packages from UPS and FedEx at the same time, limited to the carriers enabled for your account, and includes any handling fees or minimum rates that apply. Pickup, free shipping, and shipments billed to your own carrier account add no shipping charge. If live rates are unavailable, an estimated ground rate lets checkout continue, and fulfillment confirms the final label cost.
Request a return from the order in the portal. Once the return is approved, you can create the carrier return label yourself and follow the return under Returns for this order. Resolutions include a refund, account credit, or a replacement.
Mark the asset lost or stolen. Remote lock, lost mode, and wipe are handled through your managed device service, with results recorded on the asset.
Recover the device through a return, record inspection results including data-wipe verification, and reassign it or mark it retired.
Yes. You can view your organization's subscriptions, including licenses attached to hardware at checkout, with recurring renewals.
