Partner-assisted commerce

Build the order with your customer, not for them to figure out.

Prepare carts on your customers' behalf, send them for review, and keep the relationship from proposal to delivery.

  • Carts for customers — build multiple carts per customer and see whether each is sent, viewed, or in progress.
  • Proposals and checkout links — send a cart as a proposal PDF or a checkout link your customer completes.
  • Customer pricing — apply organization-scoped promotions and per-line price adjustments with an expiry date.
  • Order visibility — follow each order through approval, fulfillment, and shipment tracking.

Serialized inventory and compatibility

Know which devices work with your customers' connectivity requirements.

Claddio checks identifiers at intake and filters the catalog by network compatibility, so you sell devices that fit and ship the units you recorded.

Device and SIM identifiers, what each one identifies, and what Claddio does with it
IMEIIdentifies: The deviceValidates 15 digits, the Luhn check digit, and uniqueness across inventory
TACfirst 8 digits of the IMEIIdentifies: Device make and modelLooks up make and model in a reviewed reference table
ICCIDIdentifies: The physical SIMChecks format against carrier-specific prefix and length rules
EIDIdentifies: The eSIM chipCaptures and stores it on the asset record

The TAC identifies make and model only. ICCID and EID identify the SIM, not the device, and are never derived from the TAC.

  • IMEI ↔ ICCID

    Device and SIM association

Assign, unassign, and reassign SIMs to devices as orders are fulfilled or devices change hands.

  • Catalog

    Network compatibility filtering

Show customers only devices compatible with their network, based on the platform's compatibility data.

  • Order ↔ asset

    Serialized fulfillment

Fulfillment links each serialized asset to the order it shipped on, so device, SIM, and order stay one record.

  • Transfers

    Stock and SIM transfers

Move inventory and SIMs between locations while each unit keeps its history.

After delivery, the same record carries through reassignment, returns, and retirement. See the full asset lifecycle.

Subscriptions

Recurring revenue alongside every device.

Sell subscriptions with hardware or on their own, and keep renewals running without a separate billing tool.

  • Products, groups, and coupons — organize subscription products into groups and offer coupons.
  • Attach at checkout — add subscriptions to hardware at checkout, with compatibility rules deciding what fits.
  • Standalone purchases — sell subscriptions without a device order.
  • Recurring renewals — renewals recur on schedule, with retry handling built in.
  • Customer visibility — customers see their active subscriptions in their own workspace.

Customer management

Every customer account, organized.

Each customer is its own organization with its own users, pricing, orders, assets, and subscriptions, so you can support them without digging.

  • Customer organizations with their own users, contacts, and access.
  • An account team on every customer, with your sales reps assigned to the accounts they own.
  • Order and fulfillment history, serialized assets, and subscriptions per customer.
  • Pricing for specific customer organizations, through organization-scoped promotions and price overrides.

Carrier collaboration

Work deals with carrier teams on shared records.

Whether you sell through a carrier partner program or Co-Sell / VAR, each deal is recorded under its program, and the assigned carrier representative sees the same activation and order you do.

  • Verizon Business Agent, AT&T Alliance Program, and T-Mobile Partner Program deals, managed end to end.
  • Co-Sell / VAR deals, such as Verizon Mobility Co-Sell and AT&T VAR, tracked to a one-time Spiff per IMEI.
  • Each program's required reference — carrier order number, PT number, or Lead ID — captured on the deal.
  • Carrier reps see activations assigned to them, and device and SIM details once a sales order is linked.

Carrier programs

Both programs, managed separately on one platform.

Run your partner program business and your Co-Sell / VAR business side by side, without one muddying the other's data, commissions, or pipeline.

01Carrier partner programs

The full customer lifecycle

For partners enrolled in a carrier partner program, Claddio runs the whole relationship — from the customer and the activation to the devices that ship and stay managed.

Compensation · Upfront and residual commissions, posted against the activation that earned them.

02Co-Sell / VAR

A one-time Spiff per IMEI

For Co-Sell and VAR deals, compensation is a one-time Spiff for each device sold. Claddio ties every Spiff to the IMEI on its serialized asset.

  • VerizonMobility Co-SellLead ID
  • AT&TVARCarrier reference
How each Spiff is tracked
  1. 1Device soldThe deal is recorded under its Co-Sell or VAR program.
  2. 2IMEI on the assetEach device's IMEI is captured on its serialized asset record.
  3. 3Eligibility reviewedEach IMEI is marked eligible or not eligible for a Spiff.
  4. 4Spiff receivedThe one-time payment is recorded against that IMEI.
  5. 5Return reconciledIf the device comes back, the chargeback is recorded on the same asset.

Compensation · One-time Spiff per device, with no recurring commission.

One platform. Both programs. Kept separate.

Partner programsCo-Sell / VAR

  • No conflict between programs

Every activation belongs to exactly one program, so the same deal isn't counted under both a partner program and Co-Sell / VAR.

  • Accurate data

Each program captures its own required reference — carrier order number, PT number, or Lead ID — on the deal itself.

  • Commission reconciliation

Partner program commissions and Co-Sell / VAR Spiffs follow separate structures and reconcile against their own records.

  • Opportunity tracking

Opportunities move from assignment to closed within their program, so pipeline and compensation stay separate per program.

Channel compensation

From what every deal earned to every sub-agent paid.

Partner program commissions and Co-Sell / VAR IMEI Spiffs come from the orders, activations, and devices you fulfilled, and each reconciles against its own records. Then pay your sub-agents directly through the platform.

Sub-agent payouts

Pay your sub-agents directly.

Commission and sales order earnings roll into a monthly payout for each sub-agent's partner organization, and you pay it by bank without leaving Claddio.

  • Payout months — earnings are batched by payout month, with every item, member, and amount listed before you pay.
  • Carry-forward adjustments — chargebacks and returns carry forward against future payouts, so the net payout already reflects them.
  • Paid by bank — sub-agents add their bank details securely, and you issue the payment through the platform.
  • Payment status and history — follow each payout from Awaiting payment to Paid, with recent bank payouts kept on the partner organization.

  • Commission structures

Define how commissions are calculated for your business.

  • Partner program commissions

Post upfront and residual commissions to a ledger and match each posting to the activation that earned it.

  • IMEI Spiff tracking

Co-Sell / VAR Spiffs are tied to each device's IMEI, from eligibility to receipt, with chargebacks on returns.

  • Sub-agent payouts

Batch earnings by payout month and pay each sub-agent by bank, with adjustments carried forward.

  • Margin and profitability

Report margin and profitability by order and by customer.

  • Sales rep attribution

Each posting carries the sales rep assigned to the deal, and each payout item shows the member who earned it.

Yes. New, Open Box, Pre-Owned, and Refurbished conditions each have their own pricing and inventory, and pre-owned inventory pools support fulfillment. Customers choose the color for New devices; for other conditions the color is assigned at fulfillment.

IMEIs are validated for 15 digits, a valid Luhn check digit, and uniqueness, and the TAC (the first 8 digits of the IMEI) identifies make and model only. ICCIDs are checked against carrier-specific prefix and length rules, and EIDs are captured on the asset record. ICCID and EID identify the SIM, not the device, and are never derived from the TAC.

When a deal involves a carrier, carrier-specific teaming details are recorded on the deal, and the assigned carrier representative sees the activations assigned to them, plus device and SIM details once a sales order is linked. Coordination runs through shared records and workflows.
