For carrier teams

One place to manage your channel opportunities.

Carrier partner programs and Co-Sell / VAR deals run on one platform, kept separate. See the deals assigned to you, the pricing they're eligible for, and the devices and SIMs behind them.

Carrier programs

Two programs. One platform. Kept separate.

Carrier partner programs cover the full customer lifecycle. Co-Sell / VAR deals pay a one-time Spiff per IMEI. Claddio manages both, and records every deal under exactly one program, so data stays accurate, commissions reconcile, and opportunities are tracked where they belong.

02Co-Sell / VAR

A one-time Spiff per IMEI

For Co-Sell and VAR deals, compensation is a one-time Spiff for each device sold. Claddio ties every Spiff to the IMEI on its serialized asset.

How each Spiff is tracked

  1. 1Device soldThe deal is recorded under its Co-Sell or VAR program.
  2. 2IMEI on the assetEach device's IMEI is captured on its serialized asset record.
  3. 3Eligibility reviewedEach IMEI is marked eligible or not eligible for a Spiff.
  4. 4Spiff receivedThe one-time payment is recorded against that IMEI.
  5. 5Return reconciledIf the device comes back, the chargeback is recorded on the same asset.

Compensation · One-time Spiff per device, with no recurring commission.

One platform. Both programs. Kept separate.

Partner programsCo-Sell / VAR

  • No conflict between programs

Every activation belongs to exactly one program, so the same deal isn't counted under both a partner program and Co-Sell / VAR.

  • Accurate data

Each program captures its own required reference — carrier order number, PT number, or Lead ID — on the deal itself.

  • Commission reconciliation

Partner program commissions and Co-Sell / VAR Spiffs follow separate structures and reconcile against their own records.

  • Opportunity tracking

Opportunities move from assignment to closed within their program, so pipeline and compensation stay separate per program.

Deal visibility

Every assigned deal, in one view.

Carrier representatives see the activations assigned to them and how each one is progressing, without asking partners for updates.

  • Opportunities and activations assigned to each representative.
  • Deal and order progress, from approval to delivery.
  • The customer organization and channel partner behind each deal.
  • Customer order information: sales order, status, and shipment tracking.
  • Fulfillment coordinated in the same record the partner works from.

Partner collaboration

Work alongside the partners building the order.

Channel partners build carts, send checkout links, and fulfill orders. Carrier teams see the same deal as it moves, without a separate reporting loop.

Pricing visibility

See the pricing a deal is eligible for.

The deal pricing calculator shows the pricing a deal qualifies for, based on the rules that apply to the carrier relationship, the customer, and the products on the deal.

  • Set the line type and MRC per device before browsing devices.
  • List price and eligible deal pricing side by side.
  • Partners and carrier representatives review the same pricing.

What eligible pricing is based on

  • Carrier relationship

Pricing follows the program and rules set up for the carrier the deal belongs to.

  • Customer organization

Pricing set for a specific customer organization carries through to that customer's deals.

  • Product eligibility

Devices that qualify show eligible pricing; devices that do not keep their list price.

  • Lines and order volume

Device quantity carries through to the matching line count, so pricing reflects the size of the deal.

  • MRC per line

Enter the monthly recurring charge for each line type to see the pricing it supports.

  • Approved promotion and subsidy rules

Eligible pricing reflects only the promotion and subsidy rules that have been approved.

Device and SIM visibility

The devices and lines behind every completed order.

For authorized orders with a linked sales order, the asset report shows the device and line details for each unit, scoped to what your role allows.

  • IMEI, SIM card number (ICCID), and phone number for each device.
  • Linked to the sales order that fulfilled them.
  • Available once the order is authorized and the sales order is linked.
  • Role-based and permission-scoped, so each representative sees only their assigned deals.

Carrier-specific workflows

Your requirements, captured where the deal lives.

Verizon, AT&T, and T-Mobile each run their programs differently. Claddio records each program's required details on the deal, so partners submit them once and representatives find them in one place.

No shared template. Fields, validation, and pricing inputs follow the process configured for each carrier, rather than one workflow applied to every carrier.

Illustrative interface · sample data
  • T-Mobile Partner Program

    Partner teaming registration numbers

T-Mobile Partner Program deals require the partner's teaming registration (PT) number, checked against the program's rules.

  • Verizon Business Agent · AT&T Alliance

    Carrier order numbers

Partner program deals that require a carrier order number capture it on the activation before the deal moves forward.

  • Verizon Mobility Co-Sell

    Co-Sell lead IDs

Co-Sell deals carry the Lead ID in the format the program expects, then use it to find the deal and its devices.

  • Carrier workspace

    A workspace for each carrier

Navigation, fields, statuses, and pricing inputs follow the carrier the representative works for, not a one-size template.

Outcomes

Less chasing, more closing.

When carrier teams and channel partners share one deal record, the follow-up work shrinks.

  • Greater deal visibility

Assigned activations, order status, and eligible pricing are in one place instead of scattered across inboxes.

  • Faster order coordination

Representatives follow the order as partners move it forward, without waiting on a status update.

  • Fewer disconnected workflows

Carrier-specific details are captured once, on the deal, rather than re-keyed into separate trackers.

  • Easier partner collaboration

Carrier teams and channel partners work from the same deal record, so both sides see the same facts.

  • Better access to fulfillment information

Device and SIM details arrive with the completed order, linked to the sales order that fulfilled them.

  • Simplified customer purchasing

Customers check out through a partner-built cart or checkout link, priced for their deal.

FAQ

Questions from carrier teams.

How deal visibility, pricing, and device details work for carrier representatives.

Claddio supports carrier partner programs — Verizon Business Agent, the AT&T Alliance Program, and the T-Mobile Partner Program — and Co-Sell / VAR deals such as Verizon Mobility Co-Sell and AT&T VAR.

Partner program deals are managed across the full customer lifecycle: customers, activations, sales orders, fulfillments, shipments, assets, and device management, with upfront and residual commissions. Co-Sell / VAR deals pay a one-time Spiff for each device, tracked by IMEI.

Every activation is recorded under exactly one program, with that program's required reference and commission rules. Partner program commissions and Co-Sell / VAR Spiffs reconcile against their own records, so deals aren't counted twice and opportunities are tracked within their program.

Each Spiff is tied to the IMEI on a serialized asset. Claddio records whether the device is eligible, the one-time payment received, and any chargeback if the device is returned.

Representatives see the activations assigned to them, the status of each associated order, eligible pricing for the deal, and device and SIM details once a sales order is linked. Everything they see is scoped by their role and permissions.

The asset report lists the IMEI, SIM card number (ICCID), and phone number for each device on an authorized order with a linked sales order.

The deal pricing calculator shows the pricing a deal is eligible for, based on the carrier relationship, the customer organization, product eligibility, line count, MRC per line, and the promotion and subsidy rules approved for the deal.

Channel partners build carts and send proposals or checkout links to their customers. Carrier representatives follow the same deal as it moves from assignment to a completed order.

Yes. Claddio captures each program's required details — PT numbers for the T-Mobile Partner Program, carrier order numbers for Verizon Business Agent and AT&T Alliance, and Lead IDs for Verizon Mobility Co-Sell — and applies each carrier's own rules and pricing inputs.

Carrier representatives sign in with their organization's supported method, including a one-time code sent by email.
