Automatic access for people from your Google Workspace domain

Organizations can let new users from their email domain join automatically as Viewers when they sign in.

Inviting every new colleague one at a time doesn't scale. Organizations can now turn on automatic access: when someone signs in with Google from the organization's domain, or through email sign-in, they're added automatically as a Viewer.

Administrators can then grant more access as needed.
