Change SIM status in bulk

Select SIMs across pages and set them Available, Aging, Terminated, or Lost, with progress and retry.

Updating hundreds of SIMs one by one isn't practical. Staff can now select SIMs across multiple pages and change their status in one action, with a progress view, per-card failures, and retry.
