Email activity on carrier contacts

Connect Gmail and see when emails to carrier contacts are sent, opened, clicked, bounced, or replied to, right on the contact.

Working with carrier account teams runs on email. After connecting Gmail sending in Settings, staff now see the activity for emails sent to each carrier contact: sent, opened, clicked, bounced, and replied.

It turns the contact record into a quick answer to the question every partner manager asks: did they see it?
