Asset reports for carrier representatives

Once a sales order is linked, carrier reps see the IMEI, SIM number, and phone number for each device on the deal.

Carrier representatives need device and line details to complete their side of a deal. When a sales order is linked to an activation, the representative's workspace now shows an asset report.

The report lists the IMEI, SIM card number, and phone number for each device on the authorized order.
