Self-onboarding for carrier representatives

Carrier teams grow and change quickly. Representatives whose email domain is approved can now onboard themselves, completing a profile with their region, department, and title, and are routed to the right sign-in for their carrier.

On the carrier management page, contacts can be filtered by team, region, and role, and each shows their most recent activation.
