A workspace for carrier representatives
Carrier account teams can now follow the deals assigned to them, from partner purchase through device and SIM details.
Carrier representatives spend too much time asking partners for status. Claddio now gives them their own workspace, where they see the activations assigned to them and the status of each related order.
Once a sales order is linked, representatives see an asset report with the IMEI, SIM number, and phone number for each device. Representatives sign in with a one-time email code.
