Default receiving, shipping, and returns locations

Set default locations for receiving, shipping, and returns, platform-wide or for an individual customer.

Inventory flows through specific locations. Each location now declares what it supports, and staff can set the default location for receiving, shipping, and returns.

Individual customers can override those defaults, so a customer served from a particular kitting center always is.
