Pay-by-invoice orders, from Invoice Pending to Paid

Orders placed with Send Me an Invoice now move through Invoice Pending, Sent, and Paid, and staff can mark them paid.

Buyers on net terms choose Send Me an Invoice at checkout instead of paying immediately. Those orders now follow a clear invoice workflow: Invoice Pending, Sent, and Paid.

Finance teams can mark an invoice paid when payment arrives outside Claddio, and the order updates to match.
