Two weeks after connecting label creation and tracking, we're bringing the carriers into checkout itself. Claddio now requests live rates from UPS and FedEx based on the order and the destination address.
Buyers pick a service level with a real price and delivery expectation, and the choice carries straight through to the label when the order ships.
