Customer segments from SMB to Federal

Tag organizations by segment, including SMB, Mid-Market, Enterprise, and public sector, and filter by it.

Selling to a small business and a state agency are different motions. Organizations can now be tagged with a segment: SMB, Mid-Market, Enterprise, Strategic/National, Federal, State, or Local.

Segments appear as a column in the customer list, and customer records can be published to Stripe in one action to keep billing details aligned.
