Partner payout accounts with Stripe onboarding

Partners can now set up a payout account through a guided Stripe onboarding flow, ready for commission payouts.

Before partners can be paid, they need somewhere to receive the money. Claddio now walks partners through setting up a payout account with Stripe, in a guided flow that collects the details Stripe needs.

Bank and identity details are handled by Stripe. Once onboarding is complete, the account is ready for commission payouts.
