Partners can start a Return to Vendor
Channel partners can now initiate Return to Vendor requests, which go through the same approval step.
Partners are often the first to know a shipment needs to go back. They can now start a Return to Vendor request directly in Claddio.
Requests go through the usual approval step, and credits are applied to the vendor's balance once the return is processed.
