Buyers can choose pickup at checkout, and staff can switch an existing order to pickup.

Sometimes the fastest delivery is driving over. Buyers can now choose pickup instead of shipping at checkout.

If plans change after an order is placed, staff can switch it to pickup without re-creating the order.
