Selling pre-owned devices at scale means selling from a pool rather than from a specific unit. Claddio now manages pre-owned inventory pools, so buyers purchase by model and condition and the exact device is assigned when the order is fulfilled.
The serialized unit that ships is linked back to the order, keeping the asset record complete.
