Purchase orders generated from open customer demand
Claddio now spots order items that need procurement and turns them into purchase orders, split by vendor and suggested from purchase history.
Procurement starts with a simple question: what do we need to buy to fulfill the orders we already have? Claddio now answers it automatically, listing every item that needs procurement to fulfill open customer orders.
From there, purchase orders are generated and split by vendor, with a vendor suggested based on purchase history. Manual purchase orders are supported too, and every PO moves through clear statuses from Draft to Received.
Vendors can acknowledge purchase orders and create pre-authorized shipping labels through secure links, without needing an account.
