Returns and RMAs with inspection checklists

What happens to a device after it comes back matters as much as how it went out. Claddio now manages returns through RMAs with a structured inspection.

Inspectors record whether accessories were included, the data wipe is complete, activation lock is cleared, and management lock is cleared. They then choose what happens next, from restock and repair to vendor return or recycling, and the decision is kept on the asset's history.
