Scan IMEIs at receiving with any barcode scanner

Receiving now works with standard USB and Bluetooth barcode scanners, so IMEIs go in as fast as you can scan them.

Typing fifteen-digit IMEIs is slow and error-prone. Receiving screens now accept input from standard keyboard-style barcode scanners, moving to the next field automatically after each scan.
