Ship, hold for pickup, or hold for kitting

Decide how assigned SIMs are processed, and split them into groups with their own location, address, and instructions.

Once SIMs are assigned, they need to go somewhere. Staff can now choose to ship them, hold them for pickup, or hold them for kitting.

SIMs can be split into groups, each with its own location, ship-to address, and instructions, and Claddio checks that every SIM is accounted for.
