We've selected Stripe as Claddio's payment processor
After evaluating several providers, we chose Stripe to power card payments, saved payment methods, and tax calculation across Claddio.
Payments sit at the center of a commerce platform, so we took our time choosing a partner. We looked for a provider that could handle business card payments today and grow with us into recurring billing and payouts tomorrow, without asking our customers to manage another vendor relationship.
Stripe met every requirement. Card details are collected and stored by Stripe, never by Claddio, which keeps sensitive payment data out of our systems. Its APIs also give us a consistent foundation for the subscription billing and payout features on our roadmap.
Card checkout built on Stripe will roll out to Claddio storefronts in the coming weeks.
