Customers confirm completed work through a secure link
When a job is done, customers can confirm it from a secure link, with no account required.
Closing a work order used to mean chasing a signature by email. Claddio can now send customers a secure link to review and confirm completed work.
Each work order shows whether confirmation is Not Requested, Requested, or Confirmed, so operations teams know exactly which jobs are fully closed out.
