Co-Sell / VAR deals with a one-time Spiff per IMEI

Co-Sell and VAR deals pay differently from partner programs: a one-time Spiff for each eligible device rather than ongoing commissions. Claddio now keeps them on their own track.

Each Spiff is tied to the IMEI on the serialized asset. Claddio records eligibility review, the payment received, and any chargeback if the device is returned, so Co-Sell / VAR earnings never get mixed into partner program commissions.
