Record manual shipments with any carrier
Shipped with a carrier outside the integration? Record the shipment manually so the order stays complete.
Not every package leaves through a connected carrier. Staff can now record a manual shipment with any carrier, with tracking where it exists. USPS shipments without tracking are marked No Tracking, so nobody goes looking for a number that isn't there.
