Purchase order notes, cancellation, and reopened receiving
Add permanent notes to purchase orders, cancel a PO, or reopen receiving after it was closed short.
Purchase orders now support notes that stay permanent once posted, building a reliable record of what was agreed. Staff can cancel a purchase order, and reopen receiving on one that was closed short if the missing items turn up after all.
