When an order is fulfilled, the exact serialized devices that ship are linked to it permanently.

The moment a device ships is the moment it becomes a customer's asset. Claddio's fulfillment now records the specific serialized units used to fill each order line.

From then on, the order shows which devices it delivered, and each device shows the order it came from. Support, returns, and commissions all start from that link.
