Customer-specific pricing and cart-level price adjustments

Negotiated pricing shouldn't live in a spreadsheet. Claddio now supports price overrides and promotions scoped to a specific customer organization, so the right price appears automatically whenever that customer shops or a partner builds a cart for them.

For one-off deals, authorized users can also adjust prices on an individual cart without changing the catalog.
