Stock transfers between locations

Move devices and SIMs between stock locations and keep an exact record of what's where.

Inventory rarely stays in one place. Claddio now supports transfers between stock locations for both devices and SIM cards.

Each transfer is recorded against the serialized items it moves, so the location on every asset stays accurate.
