Traffic-aware routes on the dispatch map
Dispatchers can now see traffic-aware drive routes and times to each work order on the dispatch map.
Choosing who goes to which job depends on how long it takes to get there. The dispatch map now shows traffic-aware routes to work orders, powered by Google Maps, so dispatchers can see realistic drive times before assigning a technician.
