Add assets to a work order three ways

Attach existing assets, quick-add a new one, or import a CSV to bring devices onto a work order.

Work orders are about devices. Staff can now add assets to a work order by selecting existing assets, with select all, by quick-adding a new asset, or by importing a CSV.
